ClawBox setup — plug-and-play AI assistant hardware

5 Steps to Your AI Assistant

1

Unbox & Connect

Connect the included power supply and an Ethernet cable to the back of your ClawBox. That's it — no monitor, keyboard, or mouse required.

👁️ Look for the power port (USB-C) and Ethernet port on the back of the device.

💡 Ethernet is recommended for the fastest setup. Built-in dual-band WiFi (2.4/5 GHz) can be configured later via the web interface. Bluetooth 5.0 lets you connect speakers, microphones, and other accessories.

2

Wait for Boot

~60 seconds

ClawBox boots automatically when powered on. The LED will turn solid green when it's ready. OpenClaw starts automatically — no terminal commands needed.

💡 If clawbox.local doesn't resolve, check your router's connected devices for "clawbox" and use its IP address.

4

Connect Telegram

2 minutes

Scan the QR code shown on the setup page with your Telegram app, or enter your Telegram Bot Token. The wizard walks you through creating a bot via @BotFather if needed.

👁️ The wizard shows a QR code — scan it with Telegram to link your bot instantly.

💡 You can also connect WhatsApp, Discord, Signal, or use the built-in web chat.

5

Start Chatting!

Instant

Open your Telegram bot and send a message. Your AI assistant is live! Try: "What can you do?" or "Search the web for today's news" to see it in action.
