1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from openclawhardware.dev ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ID Robots Ltd (ЕИК: 202938346), registered at ul. Kapitan Raycho Nikolov 62, bl. 9, et. 4, Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria, EU.

2. Product Description

ClawBox is a dedicated AI assistant hardware device built on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano platform. It comes pre-configured with OpenClaw software and includes:

• NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 8GB (67 TOPS)
• 512GB NVMe SSD
• Premium carbon fiber enclosure
• Power adapter and accessories
• Pre-installed and configured OpenClaw software

Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to hardware components while maintaining equivalent or better specifications.

3. Pricing & Payment

ClawBox is priced at €549 EUR. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include the product and standard packaging.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
• Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery destination.
• Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express to over 108 countries. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or regional logistics.
• ID Robots Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your ClawBox, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The hardware must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
• The device must not be physically damaged beyond normal unboxing and use.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

ClawBox comes with a 30-day manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• The warranty covers hardware components only.
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, liquid damage, or power surges.
• Warranty claims should be directed to yanko@idrobots.com.
• We will repair or replace defective units at our discretion.

7. Software

ClawBox ships with OpenClaw pre-installed. OpenClaw is source-available software — see our license.

• The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• Software updates and support are provided on a best-effort basis.
• You are free to modify, replace, or remove the software on your device.
• Third-party AI model API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are not included and must be obtained separately.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.

ClawBox is designed for local, private AI processing. Your AI interactions and data remain on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

9. Intellectual Property

• ClawBox is a trademark of ID Robots Ltd.
• OpenClaw is source-available software. Free for personal and educational use. Commercial resale requires a license.
• All website content, graphics, and branding are the property of ID Robots Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ID Robots Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ClawBox or this Website.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.

EU consumers retain all rights provided under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), including the 14-day withdrawal right. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this minimum requirement.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, unless EU consumer protection law mandates otherwise.
